Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients through Social Selling, email marketing, calls, and other digital strategies.
Acquire new customer contacts, earn trust and engage with customers mainly through calls,e-mails , Campaigns, Social Media.
Qualify and create a sales funnel of opportunities and track in CRM (Odoo)
Identifying needs and opportunities in the in all business segment.
Presenting technological solutions, helping clients understand their value and impact.
Follows best practices in Sales Cycle Management from prospecting to closing sales.
Tracking the pipeline and optimizing opportunity conversion.
Collaborating with sales team, as well as key partners and customers.
dentifying target segments and developing go-to-market strategies.
Managing complex sales engagements, including RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations.
Educate customers on AWS products/services and evangelize key wins
Collaborate with Sales Reps (SR), and Solution Architects (SA)
Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
Evangelize customer success stories
Ability to profile customers from various internal/external sources to attain key business contacts
Ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to qualify opportunities
Ability to think logically and structure answers, and ability to deal with ambiguity
Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes
Ability to profile customers from various internal/external sources to attain key business contacts
Proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and delivering sales-qualified leads.
Develop and execute different demand generation strategies that are aligned with the company's business goals.
Identify the target audience and create tailored strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
Follow up on lead opportunities and searches for additional revenue opportunities to present to the team.
Align the strategies with sales goals to ensure the generation of high quality sales qualified leads.
Work closely with sales teams to improve lead qualification criteria, overall pipeline health, and to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales engagement.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-3 years in B2B sales of technological solutions.
Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Able to network with industry peers and customers
Negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to attract new clients and develop business.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and improving conversion rates.
Strong understanding of demand generation strategies.
Proficiency in inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
Strong ability to analyze Sales data, track KPIs, and measure sales performance.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
Skills in creating and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and lead forms.
Understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing processes.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Brevo, Apollo).
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Familiarity with content syndication and retargeting strategies.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Capability of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by AWS services
Effective and efficient time management to meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team.
